If you want something practical:

Day 1–2: Form + spot shooting (mechanics)

Day 3–4: Movement + game shots

Day 5: Pressure + competition

Every day: 50–100 perfect-form makes close to the basket

Mastering the Lateral “Skate Dribble”

Read the Lead Foot – Focus on the defender’s front foot to see which way they’re leaning and where the opening is.

Stay Low & Shift Them – Glide laterally while staying balanced to make the defender move and create the advantage.

Explode Opposite – Once they lean or open up, attack quickly in the opposite direction with confidence.

Lockdown Defensive Stance

Sit Low – Hips down, chest up, stay balanced.

Stay Active – Quick feet, active hands.

Eyes Up – See the ball and your man.
